We can’t fault the receptionists, doctors and nurses for the way they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are able to get the service that we need. When things are difficult solutions are always found to fit our needs.

It's very good. Everyone is friendly and quite efficient. I don't have problems getting appointments. Calling at 8am is a bit of a pain but the system calls you back now so it's okay. The parking now is absolutely brilliant.

I've only just joined. They seem pretty good. They seem to be nice and quick when it comes to dealing with things. There does seem to be an awful lot of cars here though!

Very good. We've got some good doctors down here. I phone in for an appointment and can always get one when I need one. The surgery is fine.

No problems, to be fair. The only thing is when you have to phone at 8am on the dot. The receptionists are nice and polite. They are very sensitive. One of the nurse practitioners here is brilliant with my son. It's a really good surgery. They've always been brilliant here.

I like them very much. I've never had a problem. It's always been wonderful here. It looks so improved, to me. I think now, things are okay. They have always been so good here, all of them. The nursing practitioners have a lovely bedside manner, better than the doctors in some ways! It has been awful here in the recent past with all the building work, but now it's brilliant.

Pretty good. I get appointments when I need them. I use the NHS app which I really like. I like that they are flexible with the three surgeries.

I requested a letter from the surgery for insurance purposes and I had to chase that because there was a backlog. Eventually they made time to do it, which I appreciated.

It's fabulous. Really good, every time I've been here. Really efficient, friendly and nice. I can always get an appointment, straight away.
