It's alright, as long as you can see a doctor. I think some of the staff can be a little bit abrupt when you phone up. I like to know who I'm speaking to. I wish there were more doctors. I'd like to see a doctor when I request one. Sometimes it's personal and I want to see a doctor rather than a nurse.

Brilliant. I phoned at 8am and was third in the queue. I got an appointment for 9am. The doctor will make a referral. The doctor was brilliant this morning.

The surgery is very good when you can get an appointment. The staff are brilliant at what they do, but they will not just book you in at the time. You have to ring up, even if they do have appointments available.

I'm alright with it. I'm satisfied. I know what I need to do if I need an emergency appointment. The care is excellent. Very good. I wish it was easier to get an appointment but that isn't really their fault. Today's appointment was fine. In on time, all done.

It's fine, no problem at all. They do what they need to do. It's quieter here. It seems easier to get into here. I have no problem with the care here.

I picked up medication this morning. The prescription was correct, which is good. But you can't get an appointment. It takes a while to get through. We usually use the app but mostly there are no appointments on that either.

They're marvellous in here, absolutely marvellous.

Excellent. Out of the three (surgeries), this is the most convenient to us. The care is absolutely fine. We never have any problems here, it's all good.

No grumbles. We've been here once a week. We see a nurse, that's okay for us; she's lovely. We normally ring up and manage to get an appointment when we need.

I've always found it pretty good to be honest. I have regular blood tests here. Sometimes it would be nice to see a doctor but I'm quite happy here.
