Exceptional service
Having on going health problems, I can’t thank St Faiths staff enough for all their help and support. To add to this a close family member has been diagnosed with a serious condition and the support I have enables me to cope.

I was seen by Dr Thomas Pearson who was incredibly kind, understand and responsive to my issues.
Subsequent to my tests, he called me and explained everything well, reassuring me of the next steps. The service I have received was timely, costumer focused, I felt listened to and well cared for.

It's okay
It's okay. I've been able to see someone when I've walked in this morning and I got what I wanted. I came in first thing with short notice and I got an appointment within an hour.

I can't praise the surgery enough
It's fine, absolutely excellent. I've got lots of praise for this place. The pharmacy is good. I can't praise the surgery enough. I've never had a problem here. I messaged on the NHS app and got an appointment really quickly. They're always available.

It's alright
It's alright. The parking is a nightmare! It's generally alright though.

It's excellent, the treatment I've just received
It's excellent, the treatment I've just received. It's not easy to get an appointment; it's taken me three weeks to get one. I think some of the staff should be better trained to deal with patients. Sometimes it feels like they don't want to listen to you.

It will have to be a five!
I can't fault them really. I would prefer to see the same doctor but I'm generally happy with who I see. The communication from the surgery is fine. Getting an appointment varies on how busy they are. With a recent fall I don't think they could have done any more. It will have to be a five!

The care is fine
Personally it's been fine for me. I can get an appointment when I need. The surgery could do with a paint job though; it looks tired. The care is fine.
