i watch every time i go in there they are rude to customers and roll their eys
i saw one lady ignoring an old man and then a young lady rolling her eyes and asking the old man if he needed his prescription ??, they are not what i would call customer focused, in fact i would call them rude

Repeat ordered 8 days ago. Went to collect computer system down, unable to find my prescription or where it is on the system. Told it might be stuck in the cloud. Told to contact the surgery to see if it has been approved. Told to come back another ti
This episode has happened a few times before. No prescriptions, no way of knowing where it is in the system.

I contacted my GP surgery to be told it had been authorised and could send me a barcode for pharmacy to check where it is. As computer down didn’t bother.

Asked for the prescription and all future prescriptions to be sent to another pharmacy.

Wrong medication
I collected my prescription and when I opened it at home to start taking it, I found I had been given the completely wrong medication, I initially thought that the name had changed but when I looked up the name of the medication I found it was for high blood pressure. This is a very bad mistake by the Pharmacist and in some situations could prove dangerous.

Prescriptions
The pharmacist is very rude and does not care about patients prescriptions or health. All he ever says to me is its out of stock and hand me back my prescription no apology no nothing this has happened twice with 2 different tablets this has been glong on since last year begining of december and now it's happened to my husbands antibiotics.

I feel as if he's picking on me all the time I go in there. Honestly the ladies there are absolutely lovely and caring.

I just think his attitude needs t ... o change and be more helpful.
