Over 75s health checks
This service appears to have stopped.
My husband has had regular checks but not this year so far. He is now 81 as his birthday is in January. He referred himself last November for a hernia issue and is on list for surgery but no regular check-up has been issued by the surgery.
I am now over 75 (76) in April- again no sign of a health check up.
What is the issue with this surgery doing its health checks pls?
Also reception staff have changed and do not appear to be trained in empathy with pat ... ients.
