Awful experience my mum was admitted for respite and they forgot to feed her on more than one occasion and when I spoke to staff about this they were rude and aggressive they lost some of her clothes and when asked about that they just shrugged their shoulders and could not care, I feel sorry for anyone being under the care here as there is non
