Terrible
Never have medication ready, can't be bothered to order repeat medication, rude to your face, keep you waiting forever and never open when they are supposed to be. Avoid at all cost.

Does Not Open Nor Close When Their Sign Says...
Extremely upset, disappointed and distressed by HADO Chemist in Diss.
They have a sign on their door, which states what times they are open.
Alas, no one can believe these times, as HADO Chemist does not open on time and closes when it wishes to.
Leaving patients needing prescriptions and unable to collect them.
Upsetting an awful lot of very ill people.

Medication never delivered on time. Badly treated
Medication on a monthly repeat prescription is never delivered on time or even ordered. Two weeks without.

No delivery. Rude on phone.

I don’t think I have ever been so near to taking g. Y own life from not having my medication.

It has been one excuse after another. The lying is not needed as we can see by the paperwork they had not repeated an order from march to diss doctors.

Antibiotics supposed to have been in bag with medication when collected today as my carer was told this on th ... e phone and still no antibiotics.

They say delivery tomorrow afternoon
