Incredible customer service from Charlotte!
Was going back and forth a lot this week trying to book an appointment, Charlotte was empathetic and kind and fought my corner to help me, being so sweet and understanding the whole way through!

No warning I would be contacted
I called and asked for a phone appointment to discuss getting Nexplanon, they said they would call me in roughly six weeks and gave no other indication of when I would get this call, I am a full time uni student and have a job so I am not always available to call at any given moment meaning I missed these calls and got taken off the waiting list. If they cold have just told me at least what day I would be called, I may have been able to pick up.

Won't be trying again.

Efficient service and kind staff
I had a phone consultation initially, the nurse was friendly and reassuring - the conversation was about 30 minutes long and very thorough. She got me booked in for an appointment just over a week after my phone consultation, so much quicker than I was expecting.

The in-person appointment felt safe, PPE was worn by everyone. The nurses were great and the procedure was quick and professionally done.

ICash is a fantastic service that we’re lucky to have.

Kind and personalised care
This was the first time I had gone to the ICash and to the walk-in. I was worried about a symptom I was experiencing.

It turned out I shouldn't have worried so much but the staff were kind, friendly and didn't patronise me or make me feel silly for having it checked. I felt listened to and that my sexual health got a thorough and professional check.

They gave me good advice. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends.

Thank goodness for the NHS.
