After care is absolutely brilliant
Brilliant, I've had 2 operations and the after care is absolutely brilliant. I have a chest infection and the GP referred me for an urgent X-ray on the Monday and I had the X-ray on Tuesday.

Everybody is so kind
Everybody is so kind, they help you on and off of the bed. They talk to you the whole time and explain everything, and they book appointments ahead of time.

I can't fault them in anyway
The oncologist checks to see if my tablets are working and if they aren't she'll change them. They're always on time, very friendly, they answer any questions you might have. I can't fault them in anyway.

Mocked by staff, poor bedside manner, shocking
The staff were mocking me, I was in for 10 nights and I wasn't offered any clothes until the last day. It shocked me, I felt like they weren't believing what I was saying to them. It really surprised me as I've never had a bad experience before. It wasn't even the junior staff, it was the senior members of staff on the ward. Their bedside manner really wasn't nice

Waiting for prostrate biopsy results.
After a poor prostrate PSA test at the doctors I was referred to Kings Lynn. Within a week I had an MRI scan & with two weeks an appointment with the consultant. I was told they have seen anomalies on the scan & recommended a biopsy. With in a week I had the biopsy & was told that it would be around 4-5 weeks for the result to come back from Norwich. After five weeks I rang the prostrate pathway nurse because I was getting more worried each day. They rang back the same day & I was told they meet ... on a Monday to discuss on going treatment & I would hear something within that week. Now coming up to seven weeks after the biopsy still heard nothing. Taking pain killers & reflux tablets daily, worried out of my mind, as its now getting on for two months since the appointment and biopsy, I will have to ring pathway again, to try and get more information to see what’s going on. I understand that they are very busy & up until the biopsy everything was excellent. I have a past history of cancer, how much more of a priority do I need to be. Still hoping and waiting for a good outcome.

They are wonderful people and they do an amazing job
I was there a few months ago as I was in and out with my wife at the end of her life. They are an incredible bunch, what they do is unbelievable. They let me stay from 8am until 11pm most days and had a bed for me if I wanted to stay, and even fed me when I wasn't looking after myself. I've got no complaints. They are wonderful people and they do an amazing job.

3 years undiagnosed
I've been back and forth to dermatology for three years and they can't tell me what's happening with my skin. They've done loads of tests and they come back inconclusive. I've been given lots of different creams and tablets but nothing makes it better. I've seen my GP today and been told I've got to ring them again and I know it will be 3,4, or 5 months before I can be seen. And what for? My skin's getting worse to the point where I don't like going out as I feel like a leper. My GP thinks it's ... probably psoriasis so why aren't the hospital able to diagnose that with all the tests they've done?

I was left for 3 days without food
The main issue is the lack of gluten free food. I was left for 3 days without food. I was told that the kitchen was shut but they were serving patients around me. I had to get a friend to bring me food.
