Unable to get appointment
I phoned before Christmas and was told to phone back in the new year, which I did and then I was told to phone back April time. I did, once again told to phone back in June as they were not taking on any normal NHS appointments.

Private paying yes....so please tell me the difference in seeing a private patient to a NHS patient?? Absolutely ridiculous now, I get covid and the pandemic but it seems it's a running excuse to keep using covid as to not start seeing their patients.

I have children ... that need to be seen and an older one that needs to have braces.

Dental hygiene and mouth health problems will certainly be on the rise as nobody can be seen!

What are the dentists doing??
My daughter was 15 at her last check up, she’ll be 18 in September. 2 years since we all went for check ups!! Why are we not being called in?? I’ve been waiting to have a tooth replaced and a year ago had to go for emergency when my crown snapped off.

They said they couldn’t do anything because of Covid. Is that still the case? It’s ridiculous.

I’m nhs but I bet if I was private I would have been seen

Poor treatment
I paid nearly £1800 for a filling and 3 crowns. The filling lasted 5 weeks and one crown came off at 6 weeks. I have had 25 years with 2 very good dentists before I moved here and never ever had cause to complain.
