Staff friendly but my prescription is hardly ever ready on time…I always pop my request in the box allowing at least 5 working days, text service to say my medication is ready is hit and miss, have had to get emergency supply from 111 before as my usual medication wasn’t ready on more than one occasion
They're always helpful here.
The staff are brilliant, but my prescription wasn't ready. It's never done and it's important medication.
No problems. They're always pleasant and prescriptions are ready on time. It's handy being near the doctors. I'm very happy with it.
Very helpful at providing advice. The prescription service is good and they usually have everything I need. I used to get texts to say that my medication was ready but don't seem to get them any more.
We've been here 13years, they're always on time. I often forget and they sort it out quickly for me.
Brilliant, it couldn't be better.

I've never had any problems here. They are always friendly
I'll give it 4 not 5 because they are understaffed, but they are very good. They are very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions can sometimes take a while but I think that's because they are short of staff. Saturday opening would be good.
