I went to the pharmacy with a bee sting. I only waited five minutes before being given some antibiotics. I was very pleased.
I think the staff at this branch are helpful and professional, however they are let down by the amount of times they have to close due to lack of a Pharmacist. Staff then have to deal with all of the anger & frustration of customers.
If Lloyds wish to provide a meaningful service in Aylsham they need to ensure adequate staffing to provide consistent opening times.
Visited yesterday poor level of stock throughout the store, questioned why this is with a sullen member of staff who just clearly could not be bothered. there would appear to be general concern within the community about this branch.
I have been trying to get a flu vaccination for months and finally Lloyds Pharmacy have come up trumps. From the moment I picked up the phone to make the appointment to the moment I left the store following my vaccination the staff have been friendly, helpful and professional.
A real credit to the Lloyds Pharmacy organisation. I am so grateful to them for making me feel comfortable and relaxed during what can be a stressful process.

All the staff and the pharmacist on duty have always gone out of their way to be extremely kind and most helpful.
