Horrible experience
This pharmacy is a joke. Prescriptions nearly always wrong, but the worst thing is the service.

One woman in particular should not be in this field of work, customer service skills are zero. Miserable, bad attitude, eye rolling, monotone uninterested voice, and you’ll be lucky if you get a ‘sorry’ if anything is wrong with your order.

Get another job and let someone deserving fill your place. You let down that branch, and everyone knows it.

The GP Surgery advised me that they get no ... end of complaints regarding Lloyd’s Bradwell and mainly due to a rude member of staff. To cover her own back she makes up her own version of events to make customer look stupid and at fault.
