They're brilliant. I've had a problem with my knee, went in and got an x-ray booked for two days later.

I couldn't get in to see them for my medication, I then missed my taking it. I did have a telephone appointment but it was cancelled.
The nurses and HCA's work really hard. Covid is still used as an excuse, they should've caught up now.
Telephone appointments are bad, they don't paint the full picture.

It's fine apart from getting an appointment. I have to wait in the queue, there were 30 people ahead of me. They've changed the system and it's worse. I'd rather do it online, especially with the school run.

They're really helpful and understanding and I can get an appointment quickly. I get on well with the receptionists and doctors.

... d they do not see the complete picture quick enough, something which is vital as early diagnosis prevents more serious issues developing and resultant personal and economic costs those missed opportunities create; complaints are not welcomed - they just encourage to leave.
I wondered what their purpose is - it's no wonder walk-in centres and A&E departments are creaking under the seams when GP practices like this won't help patients. This practice dismissed aspiration pneumonia as hayfever or viral and the delays their substandard service caused left me in serious danger and with potentially avoidable lung damage.
It was only the excellence of the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital that saved my life when I eventually presented to A&E in a state of near collapse. As an athletic, lifelong non-smoker this GPs catalogue of error and delay has had a devastating affect on my life.

Difficult to get through, long wait rimes to be seen, and when tou are it is by a student. Not good enough - a joke really

They are always friendly and approachable. When I have had a problem they have always managed to sort it out.
They need more GPs but I understand that is hard to sort at the moment. The surgery is in a mixed area and I feel some people need a bit more education and treat the staff with a bit more respect.

I don't come very often but when I do it seems fine.

It's a good place, I have never had any problems with it. They call me back when they say they will. I am now out of my medication but it will not be ready for two days as there is no one there today who can sort it so I am just going to have to wait.

Getting appointments in the first place is tricky, but when you get seen it's outstanding. I tried to book my appointment online but it said "there are no slots", so I call instead which took me around an hour to get through.
Once I got through I was able to see someone the same day. All the support I've had from the nurses and GP has been very good and very thorough.
