As only telephone access to GPs, doctors miss key symptoms such as gait, smell, shaking, even colour of skin and eyes. Hence first diagnosis is often poor.

I practically live here, but do manage to get an appointment. Staff are very polite and friendly

The doors in and out are too heavy and impossible to open on crutches. In the disabled toilet the toilet paper dispenser is at the wrong height and the lock and handle is very difficult to use with arthritic hands. There is no choices for home visits for vulnerable people. The nurse was nice.

Can get an appointment. Carol the nurse practitioner is brilliant, communicates properly. Nothing to fault really.

Quite quick, in and out before appointment time. Pretty good all round, generally easy to get an appointment. No complaints at all really - but you do often get a nurse or a clinician rather than a doctor.

Not keen on the phone appointments. The pharmacy is very good. The staff are friendly, and it's not difficult to get an appointment. Very happy.
