I was referred for a video link appointments. They cancelled the first one and rebooked for 2 weeks later. That one also got cancelled, I then asked for a face to face appointment and heard nothing. That was 2 years ago, I wasn't happy at all.

My husband is being treated for prostate cancer. It's so much better being able to go there than Norwich, especially for older people. It's such a great facility.
It's a pity consultants and specialists can't do a clinic there once a month.

My appointment was on sat 27th Dec 4.55pm. Despite this the staff were attentive and concerned as I was unsteady. They helped me with my gown. I was seen on time and assisted with a wheelchair back to my car. Thank you for caring.

I have used the eye clinic for multiple eye conditions and found it excellent. The service is so good and all the staff are very good. They even found my husband in the cafe (which is great) to update him because it was taking longer then they said it should of.

I've had my cataracts done recently; my right eye in March and my left eye in April. It was excellent. We were in and out, bosh! The procedures were nice and quick. The care was absolutely brilliant.

The care was very good, but the wait was so long. We were 15 minutes early for the appointment and I went in 40 minutes late! Once in though, very good. I was satisfied.

It was fine. Very quick; no waiting. It was easy and the care was fine.

It was very efficient. I went in ten minutes ahead as we arrived early. The receptionist was pleasant. Not like the old fashioned ones we used to get years ago! The care was fine; very efficient. There was no pain. It all took a few minutes.

The care I received was very good. First class! I have to admit they have always been brilliant.
