Everyone doing their best
All seems to be like everyone is doing their best.
Unfortunately we couldn't get the T.V to work and with nothing to do all day or people to see, this might of been nice.
Staff great depending on who you find.

I can't speak highly enough of them
I go to Fakenham Medical Centre on a Monday and then come over here on a Friday as they can't do it at Fakenham on a Friday. It's about a 30 minute drive. I can't speak highly enough of them, everything is really good. The staff are really friendly and they get to know you.

Kelling nightmare
I was in Norfolk &Norwich Hospital for a fractured tibia and was sent to Kelling Hospital because it had Physiotherapists. I was told they had two, one that worked four days per week and one that worked three days per week.

When I got there, the one who worked four days had retired, leaving the one on three days only. Fair enough, she did the whole ward of maybe 30 patients, leaving very little time for patients who needed therapy.

I therefore got very little physiotherapy before I was sent
... home. I didn’t progress at this therapy hospital at all and, having 37 of physiotherapist, the Kelling Hospital should never be sold as a “therapy” hospital at all.

Very disappointed
I had heard good things about this hospital but was extremely disappointed by the care, the nurse made me feel like they were an inconvenience. Communication was awful.

Very Impressed
I had a fall and part of my recovery involved some sessions with a physio. I live in Holt and was pleased to be able to see a physio at Kelling Hospital as that is very convenient for me.

I've had four sessions and they have really helped me. The exercises have been easy to follow and the staff have been very professional.

I am very impressed with the service.

Overall not good
My mother-in-law was admitted to Kelling hospital following a fall and we felt there was no effort to establish what she was like before the fall. It felt like the hospital was not well led.

Even the design of the building with the nurses station away from the beds made it harder to give best care. They were also too rigid with COVID regulations.

Wonderful Team who looked after Mum
I would just like to say a massive thankyou to all the staff who looked after mum during her brief but peaceful stay at Kelling Hospital. Mum passed away on Sunday, but I must say the Hospital ward Pineheath made us feel so welcome and could not do enough for us or mum.

She had a lovely room overlooking the grounds and a little bird feeder in the window with little birds feeding thought our stay with her in her final hours. All nurses to a fantastic job during these hard times and I would just
... like to say our family are so grateful for the time and effort the team put in to make mum as comfortable as she could be even doing her hair, she looked so peaceful when we saw her the day before she passed away.

Many thanks to you all
