I go to Fakenham Medical Centre on a Monday and then come over here on a Friday as they can't do it at Fakenham on a Friday. It's about a 30 minute drive. I can't speak highly enough of them, everything is really good. The staff are really friendly and they get to know you.

... home. I didn’t progress at this therapy hospital at all and, having 37 of physiotherapist, the Kelling Hospital should never be sold as a “therapy” hospital at all.

I had heard good things about this hospital but was extremely disappointed by the care, the nurse made me feel like they were an inconvenience. Communication was awful.

I had a fall and part of my recovery involved some sessions with a physio. I live in Holt and was pleased to be able to see a physio at Kelling Hospital as that is very convenient for me.
I've had four sessions and they have really helped me. The exercises have been easy to follow and the staff have been very professional.
I am very impressed with the service.

Thank you for your comments. Staff are always pleased to hear feedback from our patients. Patient Safety and Experience Team

My mother-in-law was admitted to Kelling hospital following a fall and we felt there was no effort to establish what she was like before the fall. It felt like the hospital was not well led.
Even the design of the building with the nurses station away from the beds made it harder to give best care. They were also too rigid with COVID regulations.

... like to say our family are so grateful for the time and effort the team put in to make mum as comfortable as she could be even doing her hair, she looked so peaceful when we saw her the day before she passed away.
Many thanks to you all

... ready been to see her.
(my husband)I explained that on Friday when we visited we took it in turns to see her,but she wasnt having it,I said please can i see her for only 5 mins,it was mothers day,and have travelled over a 60 mile round trip to see her.i gave her a bag and a card to give to my mum,I walked back to the car in tears My husband then went back in and spoke to another nurse at the reception desk, and he explained what had happened, she said it was fine for your wife to go and see her,When my husband washed his hands he overheard the nurse who told him was ok,she was talking to the nurse who told me i couldnt see her, that why she couldnt let me in,There obviously a great deal of confusion what the rules are.
And can appriciate in times like this. On Monday 23rd March my Father and Niece went to visit.
They both had half hour each.when they told me i felt again very upset.
who ever is on duty must be making there own rules up

I had Physio treatment at Kelling Hospital for over ten years this now is finished as I'm now going to have to get treatment at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital! The underfunding and lack of services is a disgrace but that is now a fact the N&n is now the only choice!!

I had been having Physiotherapy and Motomed treatment at Kelling Hospital for some time but the person who did that has retired so now there's nothing its finished which if patients need this treatment they should get it not travel to Norwich and its also ended at Benjamin Court and North Walsham Hospitals this is a downright disgrace its underfunding that's destroying these services so be in agony and never get any treatment totally pathetic!
