Emergency Referral
I called NHS 111 qnd they've told me to ring here on a Sunday but it's closed... I have a broken tooth that is black and infected. Just looking for a removal but no answer. Additiinally no one is accepting new patients so I m at a loss.

Exceptional Service
I can only praise the staff at the Dental access centre in Kings Lynn. They are stretched beyond belief! We have no NHS emergency Dentists in Kings lynn so the staff come from all over to give us this service! There is 1 person at at time manning the reception area and the incoming calls.

I can 100% understand the frustration of having to constantly re dial over and over again! When your in agony it truely is the last thing you need and its beyond stressful! However these poor KEY WORKERS have
... a hell of a day trying to squueeze people in for appointments. All of the staff were amazing on my visit.

So kind and sympathetic of my pain! Unsung heros in my opinon. NHS dentistry is a disgrace in Norfolk atm its very difficult for patients and staff.

Thankyou for the wonderful service.

Need better nhs dentist availability in area
The auto phone message should say we are going to waste your time with this message then trerminate your call so you can hear it again. After 1hr 15 mins re dialling someone answered I heard laughing chatting and no one spoke to me, I loudly said hello 10 times till someone put the phone down on me.

Now back listening to the message again and again. NHS dental is not fit for purpose been on waiting lists for an nhs dentist for over 2yrs.

started calling at 7.59 now 9.

20 am still no answer.

Impossible telephone service
I telephoned the surgery 62 yes that is sixty two times in one day, still didn't manage to speak to anyone at all. Puts you through to reception but cuts out after 10 rings.

Each call takes 1minute 45 se onds, a lot of wasted time in one day. Why not have a queuing system, at least at some point you will get to speak to the receptionist.

I can really understand people getting upset and cross.

Very helpful
excellent service from start to finish, was hard to get through initially, they say that they only book on the day for the day, fair enough
