Lovely unit and very comfortable and clean.
Staff are excellent, friendly and professional.
Food is tasty but could do with some fresh fruit and perhaps a choice of a sandwich sometimes.
There seemed a lot of overlap-even down to what would I like for breakfast, sometimes asked by 3 different people.
I have been lucky enough to make good progress and more or less look after myself but even this morning a nurse arrived to help me wash and dress. Also some misunderstanding of my bowel movemen ... ts! Even thought I provided a specimen this morning I was just asked for another one tomorrow as they had not seen/been told this had been done! But all with a smile and the best intention.

I go regular for my feet and they look after me.

I've got problems with my toes and they're doing everything they can to help. My appointment was a little bit late but they treated me well.

Everyone here is pleasant and very helpful. They explained things properly to me and in a way that I can understand.

The staff are very sympatheticempathetic and I feel they are actually doing something to help me. The communication with the hospital has been excellent.

I think it is great that there is always someone to greet you and see you out.

There are no improvements needed that I can think of, though a cup of tea would be nice!

When we arrived there was a lady sat in the reception who stood up, but we weren't sure who she was. She told us where to go but don't think she really explained it properly.

We tried to follow the directions but there were some confusing signs. I just think that it could have been explained better.

Our experience in paediatrics was wonderful! The receptionist in there was lovely, it's our first time coming here and as a whole it was just wonderful. The appointment was all booked over the ph ... one.

I had to ring ahead to let them know we were running late, and I think that was all handled really well.

It's very easy to park, although the price is a bit much for the short time I was here. My appointment was all as scheduled.

The staff are all nice, friendly, and cheerful. First class service! Communication from my doctors has all been good and straight forward, the appointment was all straight forward too.
