Lie service
I went to Siskin last Thursday 6 November early morning, went to the reception and ask for emergency appointment due my tooth filling comes out need re-filling ASAP. She told me to book an appointment over the phone by 8:30 a.m. I did immediately on the following morning, however for some reason, the phone is busy from 8:25 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. it means no one as in nobody could ever reach them literally. Luckily after 10 a.m. the lady over the phone told me the appointment is now fully book? Ho ... w come? I explained the phone is hang up, can't get in. She said try again, next time. So silly me, I did and it happen from Monday till Wednesday on the following week. The phone line is hang up from 8:25 onwards, so why recommended to book over the phone if they can't accept a phone call. Promising a service that never exist. Well, try it yourself to believe.

Awful experience
Had few problems wrong, went in got told they could only look at 1 problem. Felt like they didn’t want to give me the time of day. After months of trying to get into a dentist, I get turned away and not listened to. Furious and still in pain.

Broken teeth and absolute agony!
I have made a total of 71 calls.. I was answered and questioned rather rudely.

I was then cut off and not called back and can’t get back through.

Now all appts have gone! Why wouldn’t someone call back if the line was disconnected! I am someone who doesn’t have a dentist, my fault I know, but I have an extreme fear! I have even tried to pull my own troublesome teeth out to save me coming to see someone! So I have really plucked up the courage to go through such a horrific experience!!

Unable to get through to make appointment
Just can’t get through. My child for autism and complex needs is in horrendous pain. Banging their head on the wall and punching themselves the pain is so bad. Absolutely disgusting there’s no help anywhere for children like mine. No dentist is interested in helping them.

Told to get wisdom tooth removed
The dentist told me to get my wisdom tooth extracted due to excess food getting stuck in my gum. Now excess food is getting stuck down the same hole where tooth came out and I can't physically remove it even if I brush teeth, floss or mouthwash. I'm eating a soft food diet.

Impossible to get through
Told by 111 to phone this centre but only ever get a recorded message been trying continuously for 2 weeks. My jaw now swollen. Tried the other dentists that 111 told me to phone they can’t fit me in either. Don’t know what to do next.

Getting no where
I have a chipped tooth that needs to be removed. Phoned 111 up 2 weeks ago and they gave me a number for free NHS.

I phoned the the Siskin Clinc everyday at 8:30am but keep getting engaged tone and then by 8:45am it says appointments are full. The pain is horrendous and I feel like giving up.

Plus having Anxiety doesn't help matters. I feel like I won't ever get this tooth removed.

Pain and toothache for 5 months
I moved here a year ago and soon after developed toothache . I care full time for my disabled son and the pain is affecting my ability to card for him properly.

I have been ringing now for 3 months and I have never had a chance to speak to anyone as it’s always engaged or over cut off. I’ve tried dozens of dentists too .

I feel this service is just not fit for purpose as it offers false hope as nobody’s answers .

Can't get through
My gums are bleeding and am in pain. I tried calling at 8:30 am with two phones at hand for the past two days and it is impossible to get through.

I understand this is a difficult time for emergency services, but it is insane how frustrating it is. This could so easily be solved by just having a better line; being able to hold for longer andor giving us information on how many are in the queue.
