Friendly team, so caring and helpful. This service is essential with ambulance waits being so long, plus takes the pressure off the emergency services. I can't shout enough about how fantastic and essential this service is.

I called on two separate occasions as my dad had fallen over. I was told to ring 999 for an ambulance but most likely he would re referred back to SWIFT.

I don’t think this service is fit for purpose. You can’t call an ambulance just to help someone off the floor sometimes there’s more than a 12 hour wait.

My dad fell and couldn't get up. Careline called the swift team and they came out and helped him onto his feet and helped him get to bed and made sure he was safe. Thank you so much for your help. My dad said that they were fabulous.

Looking after elderly parent after a fall just before Christmas. Difficult to access services over Christmas Accept SWIFT twice l needed their help with Dad's personal care.

Both times they came up trumps: kind, caring, professional, efficient, respecting our home and nothing too much trouble. I am so grateful for the help given.

On two occasions Swift called for my elderly mother in law who had fallen. On both occasions refused to attend as wouldn't be able to make their 2 hour response time. Advised to call ambulance-wait time was 6 hours

My husband fell in the downstairs bathroom. Swift Response were with us in forty-five minutes and managed to get him back on his feet, with kindness, care and courtesy. Thank you.

The team regularly receive accidental buzzes from my mum who’s 92 and recently widowed but they are always friendly and professional. Today they received a buzz and as there was no response to pendant or phone contacted me ( I live in Melbourne Australia) arranged a Swift contact team and paramedics if required to visit and managed to contact mum and all was well.
