I have seen Annie a few times over the past year and a half and she is genuinely the kindest, most caring person. I have had a lot of health issues and Annie has always made me feel truly seen, heard and understood. I always walk away feeling so much more at ease after. She is an absolute diamond and a credit to the practice and NHS. Thank you Annie.

tried several ways to get a worrying mark on my foot looked at by a professional. still waiting for a none urgent appointment 6 months later

Trying to see my doctor is like trying to find hen's teeth. The last time I saw him was three months ago and I've been in a lot of pain. A bone scan was clear so the GP said to have physio and that I didn't need an MRI. I paid privately for one and ended up getting the correct treatment.

Annie truly is an angel, I came in with a foot/inflammation concern to which she listened with empathy and talked through potentially what was going on, I added a few more ailments which I felt were connected and her responses were clear and easily understandable, she is a NHS angel and she must be kept at all costs.
The way she calmed my concerns was just wonderful, when going in I was nervous but left totally calm and at ease.

Annie really makes coming to the GP to discuss my problems and solutions easy. She is an excellent example of how our health professionals should conduct themselves.

I saw Annie about a heart problem, she was very thorough, took time and made me feel at ease. She put me on the pathway for x-rays and scans and even rang me for reassurance. She is a real treasure for the Practice.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Annie. Over the past few appointments, annie has been incredibly supportive and understanding. I’ve recently been struggling with my mental health and often find it difficult to open up, but Annie made me feel at ease and genuinely listened. Annie created such a calm and comfortable environment, which made it easier for me to speak honestly about what I was going through.

The lady I see for my appointment listened to my concerns, was extremely thorough, didn’t rush me out of the door and was clearly born to do the job she does. Very caring, very easy to talk to and never made me feel like I was wasting time which is something I always worry about even though I don’t go to the drs often.

I can get an appointment. I go on my own. I find it difficult currently to open my medication. I preferred the old style.
