They are good and do everything well, had one bad experience with a blood test once and them not being able to get a vein but other then that no problems.
Couldn't get in for my vaccinations but I looked online and chose to go to Theatre Royal surgery instead which was fine.
I have given up trying to see my GP of choice. Even when you make an appointment and wait weeks to see them it gets cancelled and they put you in with the locum. It’s so important to see the same GP who knows you. I dread having to make a new appointment and feel no one is hearing me. I’ve practically given up attending and just struggle on at home

We are very sorry to hear that you are struggling to see a GP and the impact this is having on managing your health. We fully appreciate how important it is for patients to see their GP of choice, especially when continuity of care is so valuable in managing ongoing health conditions. We are sincerely sorry that your recent experiences with cancelled appointments and being seen by a locum GP instead have left you feeling unheard and unsupported. Unfortunately, we have a couple of GP's that only work 2 days per week, and as such this does mean that there can be a longer wait to see them, there are also occasions when GP availability changes at short notice due to illness, training, or other clinical commitments, and on these occasions patients may need to be seen by a locum doctor to avoid a complete cancellation. We recognise that this is not the same as being able to see your chosen GP.
It can be a bit of a wait for a routine appointment but if you want one the same day it works okay. If there is no doctor available they do offer an appointment with a practice nurse and they can sort me out. The staff are very nice and very pleasant and apart from the wait for routine appointments it's all very good.

We do recognise the wait for routine appointments and continue to work hard to try to improve access for all patients, while still ensuring we provide safe and effective care. We are pleased to hear that you find our same-day appointment system helpful and that our practice nurses have been able to provide you with the care and support you needed when a doctor was not available. I find them to be very attentive, professional and efficient.
Getting appointments is fine. They are all great.

It was such a good service I would say 100% good. It was only a few minutes to wait and it all went well.

They have now started asking people if you want them to call you about blood test results, where it used to be you having to chase them.
Think it's a lot for only your designated doctor to be the one to look at test results, think that could be supported somehow to reduce time.
Getting appointments is fine and people do phone when they say they will.
The reception team are great.

I do not have any problems here, they are looking after me well.
It's a pleasant place to be, you get called in for your appointment on time, they tend to send me a text when they want to see me and I can get an appointment when I need one.
The reception team is as good as gold.
It's all good, they don't leave you wanting.

The service I receive is quick, friendly, efficient and professional.
I have had an eye check today and received a letter with the appointment time and date, I had to ring to change the appointment and that was no problem, they just rearranged it for me!
I find it to be very well run.

They seem to listen but sometimes it can feel like I don't always get the whole story across.
Prescriptions are not always ready on time.
The staff are okay.
I can get an appointment but normally have to wait about 4 weeks and it doesn't make a difference which doctor you see.
All in all they are pretty good.

I don't come often, I am only here to pick up my husbands medication, but any experiences either of us have had here have always been good and positive.
