Proud to be a non-smoker at hardest point in my life
Thanks to this fantastic NHS free service, from start to finish (i'm approx half way through the 12 week programme) I havent had the desire to have a single cigarette. All staff by telephone and especially Rob Croot at Reed wellbeing i visit at my local surgery, ive had the support I need. 1-2-1 seeing Rob every couple weeks, he has given me confidence, and the knowledge i needed. It's simple, easy to follow and I feel better for it. I felt better as a person after a couple of days. Prolonging ... Health, financially save money, and my family and friends are all pleased. I would encourage anyone to try it and reach out as I did. Whether its a vape or cigarette, if i can do it, anyone can. Big thanks to everyone😀
