I think it's improved. I had some issues before but recently they've seemed more attentive and understanding of my problems. My appointment today was great. A little while ago I had an appointment that I had waited five weeks for, but I accidently went to the other surgery. Rather than have me wait again, a practice nurse here managed to slot me in. I thought that was very good of them.

I've never had a problem here. They are such lovely people. So friendly. I can't fault them. I have no problem with the care. I meant to bring them a box of chocolates last Christmas but I wasn't very well, so I'll do that this year.

I've been with the practice for 40 years and I've had nothing to moan about at all! They've kept me going into my mid seventies! I mainly see the nurses. I'm happy!

The people are lovely once you get in, but it's difficult to get an appointment or to get people to understand our needs. It's impossible to get an appointment in good time. It's always a triage appointment whenever we need something quickly (which is often), and I feel that's just wrong. We're taking up their time when other people need to get in an emergency.

They are pretty good. I've got no problem with them other than how they've changed the prescriptions. It's all online now and that's no good for people my age. I try to use paper! Other than that, I can't fault them in the surgery.

I find the nurse great and I've always been able to see her when I need. I can usually get an appointment when I need. The nurse has been great for me.

It's fine. Always good. All the staff are helpful, quick, and never make me feel like I'm wasting their time. The care that I receive is 100%!

They are excellent. Everything is excellent. Everyone is very supportive and understanding. I've never had any problem being seen. When I do, it's very supportive. It's much better than my last surgery.

They've looked after me very well. The service has been quite good. I never wait long in the waiting room. Sometimes it gets hard to get an appointment. It can take a long time on the phone. Sometimes I wonder whether there is anyone even answering the phone! But other than that they have been very good.
