Outstanding example of best practice.
I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Emma Chamberlain, nurse for the way she cared for me during my recent appointment. In a world that often feels rushed and clinical, Emma's presence stood out as something quietly extraordinary. She actively listened which helped me feel seen and heard. Her gentle manner, held within such calm professionalism, created space that felt safe, respectful and kind. This approach is a beautiful example of best practice. I would like Emma to know that her care m ... ade a real difference to me. With heartfelt thanks, Tia Watts

Seemingly obtuse and unhelpful reception staff
I'm really not sure what to say here; I've been liasing with this service for many years on behalf of my aged parents, whose needs are complex but not extreme. When a doctor or "clinician" is finally contacted the service is OK but not great and there is no sense of anyone looking out for almost 90-year old patients.

It doesn't seem to be possible for the staff to act upon their initiative. Generally I will try to save time by calling on the phone rather than booking appointments however there
... seems to be a big disconnect between all the communication networks including the supposed link across the services county-wide.

It is the admin and front-of-house that is the main problem but often times I don't feel there is much care coming from the GP or clinician and feel rushed.

Appointment with Emma Chamberlain. Superb. Really informative and gave me exactly what I needed
I didn’t know that I could be helped because I have a whole raft of symptoms related to menopause and Emma was very thorough and made me feel like I wasn’t alone and that I wasn’t going mad.

Really great; never any problems
I've never had any problems with them. Really great; never any problems. If I have any questions I can usually ask the pharmacy or the nurse. Usually I phone or come in, rather than email. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. I've not had to wait for more than a day or two.

Everything I hoped would happen has happened
It was great today, absolutely fine. My only criticism is the website. it's a bit clunky. It could be more intuitive. My appointment today was fine. Very helpful! I saw a doctor and we made a follow on appointment. Everything I hoped would happen has happened.

Today it has been good
It's fine. Today it has been good from the prescription team. I picked up my own (prescription) and they spotted that they had something for my wife as well so that was a good spot.

It's improved
Well, it's improved. Getting an appointment is better. I usually go in to book. The care is good; it's improved.

They got my prescription wrong
Mostly it's okay. Recently they got my prescription wrong and I felt a little bit like I was being called a liar but they apologised today and I've just picked up the prescription.

It works brilliantly
Great! I'm always able to get an appointment. It's a good online subscription service.

I normally pop in in person to book an appointment. I generally see nurses but you can see a doctor.

I got an appointment on the same day today. I think if you weren't able to use the internet or come in in person then it may not be quite so easy but I find it works brilliantly.

It's fine
It's fine really. It's not bad, getting an appointment. I got one for today when I rang up this morning, through the triage.
