They have never let me down
They are brilliant with me, they have never let me down.
I saw the doctor 2 weeks ago and he listened to me. At the end without me saying anything he also asked is there anything else going on. He had noticed that there might be and he offered me a call for counselling. I thought he was excellent, he picked up without me saying.

Once you have an appointment it's fine
I had to come down to the surgery today to make an appointment because they cancelled an appointment for my husband but he still needs to be seen. I was unable to do this over the phone as I was unable to get through to someone to speak to, it didn't seem to work. I thought it would be easier to come down and sort it out and I now have another appointment.
It can be difficult to get appointments but once you are in it is fine.

Absolutely fantastic
They are very willing to help and are absolutely fantastic.
If they could do away with the phone system they would be even better. The phone system is a problem but when I have been ill they have been fantastic.

Can't get an appointment
It's disgusting, I can't get an appointment. I came today because I thought I had an appointment at 12pm and when I got here they told me it was at 10am so now they won't wee me today. I have to call back at 8am in the morning and then I still might not get one. I have spoken to reception again and now they have given me an appointment in a week's time with someone else so I just hope they can help me. Jane on reception is 10 out of 10 she is lovely and always tries to help me.

They listen
Everyone listens to you, right across the board, from the reception team to the doctors and nurses. I find getting an appointment fine, I use the call back facility and it works. They were so good when my husband was terminal, they looked after the both of us.

Today was good but it is generally poor
Today i would give 5 stars as it was a pre booked appointment with no problems, the staff were fine and the appointment booked in advance. Generally I find it quite poor as you have to fight to get through at 8am.

I have had blood tests go missing and what is put on the NHS app is not accurate It just seems when you are working to their schedule it's good but when you request anything it is incredibly difficult.

Appointment system lets it down
The doctors and nurses are really good. Not all of them but a couple of the reception team could show some more compassion.

I really do not like having to tell them what is wrong with me. The appointment system is just wrong, I had a doctors appointment on Monday and was told I needed a blood test, but I could not book it on Monday, had to phone today at 8am.

I was 13th in the queue when I phoned and did use the call back function and did get an appointment but why could I of not booked it w
... hen I was there on Monday, it's not an emergency appointment.

It is a good surgery, it's just the appointment system that lets it down

They give you the time you need
They give you the time you need and listen to you, you can be a bit late in for your appointment but you know that is because they are sactive time with the person before you and that could be you that needs that time, so you don't mind. I ring back service has been a great improvement I will give them 10 out of 10 for putting that in, you get a call back much quicker then hanging on the line.

The staff treat you as a person and with respect.

Person on reception made a real effort
Today the person on reception made a real effort today and I am very impressed. She took charge and rather then telling me to phone back later she said she would look into it, talk to the doctor and call me back.

She looked, acted and sounded so professional, I think her name was Claire. It's the first time I have received this level of service and it is so much better.

They are totally overwhelmed
They are totally overwhelmed and it is not good. You phone at 8am and you are 17th in the queue, I have used the call back but still not got in.

I have just popped in to collect a sample bottle but the queue is so long and taking ages I have given up. I think it is just getting worse, my annual review was 2 month late and my wife is also a good few month over due for her asthma and thyroid checks.

Once you do get to be seen the doctors and nurse are nice .
