It's all okay but I wish you could book an appointment ahead. They ask you to call in on the day for an emergency, it happens a lot and then you don't always get in. The staff are alright but I just wish making an appointment was easier.

They should get another phoneline as when you call up there's always thirty in front of you. I have used the call back and it does work, although it's about two hours later. Other than that we're happy here. It's lovely, clean and fresh. The nurses and staff would be five stars but I'll give it four because of the phone.

it was pretty good, everything went smoothly. I didn't have to wait too long to book in and the appointment was on time. I've never had any problems.

My experience has been fairly positive. The staff are amazing and always helpful.
It has taken a while to sort things out to get help for my son and some referrals have taken too long. The surgery itself though has been good.

They have been very good with me and my wife. We have both been referred quickly and I am very happy with the service.

I can't always get an appointment when I need one. You can only make doctors appointments on the day. I would prefer to make routine appointments ahead. It feels uncomfortable having an on the day emergency appointment for something routine. It's also difficult to plan a visit around work commitments. When you work a distance from the surgery and you have to call to make an appointment which you might not get, it is tricky. You don't know what time you need off work or when to travel.
Everythi ... ng else is fine it's just the appointments I have a real gripe with.

I had to come down to the surgery today to make an appointment because they cancelled an appointment for my husband but he still needs to be seen. I was unable to do this over the phone as I was unable to get through to someone to speak to, it didn't seem to work. I thought it would be easier to come down and sort it out and I now have another appointment.
It can be difficult to get appointments but once you are in it is fine.

It's disgusting, I can't get an appointment. I came today because I thought I had an appointment at 12pm and when I got here they told me it was at 10am so now they won't wee me today. I have to call back at 8am in the morning and then I still might not get one. I have spoken to reception again and now they have given me an appointment in a week's time with someone else so I just hope they can help me. Jane on reception is 10 out of 10 she is lovely and always tries to help me.

They are very willing to help and are absolutely fantastic.
If they could do away with the phone system they would be even better. The phone system is a problem but when I have been ill they have been fantastic.

I like them here but I haven't been anywhere else so I can't compare! It's a nice atmosphere, the doctors are helpful. It was difficult to book calling at 8am but now I'm seen regularly and I book for next time when I'm here.
