When they deliver it always seems to be one short and lately I haven't had my deliveries at all. I came in Saturday to try to sort it out and had to come back today which is quite tiring with all the walking. They were very nice though, the lady did everything she could and assured me it will be OK from now. They do try to help. It's as though they've got too many patients now and there's new houses being built.

They're not always on time, they say that they open at 8:30 but often they don't. They have improved recently

The last 2-3 months I'm having problems getting my tablets and I have to keep coming back in. It's slow.

There's not enough staff and there's always big queues.

It's very good here but the one thing that's a pain is there's always a queue and there's no privacy - you can hear what patients are saying.

Today I went to the pharmacy to collect my prescription medication but it was not ready. The prescription had been put in online 6 days (4 working days) previously and was asked if I could come back tomorrow as the prescription had only reached them the day before.

That would be 7 days from when I put my prescription in. There is always a queue when visiting this pharmacy and the service is very slow.

To be asked to come back the next day means a wasted journey and having to travel in to wai ... t in a slow moving queue again. I'm sorry, I expect the staff are working as quickly as they can, but the service needs improving.

I queued for 30mins to collect my sons medicine and was then told they don’t have it. A phone call to say they don’t have my sons medicine would have been nice then I can go and explore other pharmacies instead of wasting 30mins queuing.
