Lana filled 3 of my front teeth, one had a hole and all were discoloured. Lana was wonderful and my teeth look so much better, She's a miracle worker . I can smile again. The team are all friendly too.

I managed to get in after only about 2-3 months on the waiting list. I'd been in a lot of pain and needed quite a lot of work, and they've sorted it for me.
The dentist Nicole is lovely. The receptionists are really nice too. Everyone's been really friendly and helpful.
It's a really smooth system. The dentist emails reception after I've seen her to say when I should next go in and I book an appointment there and then.

A crown broke which damaged my tooth underneath. Beech House said they would remove the tooth and fit a plate. However the dentist was young and probably newly-qualified - they were unable to remove it after over an hour of trying so a plate was made to fit around the broken tooth. They referred me to Watton and the dentist there removed it easily. I went back to Beech House to ask for the plate to be adjusted as it no longer fitted. They said no because it was a new course of treatment and ther ... efore would cost me another £300+. When I said I wanted to complain I was given an incorrect email address for the Practice Manager. Eventually I did communicate with them and they said they would adjust the plate as 'a gesture of goodwill'. I'm grateful but it's been appalling and really shouldn't be seen as a goodwill gesture. It was their inability to remove my tooth that meant I had to have a plate made in the wrong shape. The attempted extraction was painful and left me with a lot of bruising.

I had been an NHS patient there for years but my dentist left. I had no choice but to pay privately which I couldn't afford but I needed things doing. When they opened the NHS list again I wasn't allowed to go on it because I'd been paying privately! Now I've found one in Fakenham so I go there.

I had previously had NHS treatment there but I went in recently they told me they're no longer doing NHS work, only private. They said they were still doing NHS work and I was registered as an NHS patient but all their dentists are private! I went elsewhere and paid private.

I'm registered there as a NHS patient but I can't see anyone because none of their dentists are NHS. I'm having some pre-booked work done but going forward it will have to be private and I can't afford it.

I feel they extort their patients of which the have a monopolised group of…. They do not care, in the physical or mental sense unless it is about money

Myself and my family are all registered at this practice. However, we have not had an appointment for well over 3 years. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old and no either of them have never seen a dentist. I am currently pregnant and unable to secure a routine appointment.

Went for a check up today at beech House dentist I saw a lovely dentist whose name was Amrita and her assistant Laura.

I am very nervous about going but they made me very relaxed about the whole appointment I would definitely rate these 2 as the best Dentists I have seen for a long while for a N H S dentist I rate the whole place as very relaxing if they can make my wife feel at ease they are brilliant

I can't get an appointment at my dentists. I had an appointment and they cancelled it. I can't get in again since they cancelled the appointment.
