I went for first visit and told to put oil in my ears for a week. Charged £47 and told it would cover next visit, which to be fair it did.
BUT told at second visit he couldn’t syringe as wax too deephard so nothing done. The ear is very painful.
The two visits only took a maximum of 10 minutes. No refund.
GP has referred me to specialist. Hopefully all will end well.
I must be fair to Specsavers I have found their eye testing and glasses very good but their “ear” department is terrible
