A great service with great workers
The staff here have due me my glasses and my partners for a few years now with attention to details necessary for glasses , very meticulous and focussed on ensuring the correct glasses are required with humour and clear knowledge of what to do to ensure they get it right. Mainly the lassies I have had are always helping and helpful with an honest answer when asked about do they suit me.

During covid always following best practice with sanitising etc and patient. We’re able to address any iss ... ues if glasses were not perfect being able to go through processes to ensure I had the correct positioning of the lenses with varifocals.

We are lucky to see a stable team there despite the obvious pressures behind the scenes and having to adjust to Covid and it’s implications. I would be happy to have them on a ward as part of my team.
