It's very nice, they're at a new location. Some are saying it's difficult to get to with no car however we can get there. The diabetes team don't monitor me regularly - they don't seem particularly interested as I have other conditions like COPD. But I can usually get an appointment.

I was in this morning for a smear and had a wonderful experience with the absolutely lovely lady doing the test. She was kind, considerate and incredibly respectful. She and all of the staff at the practice are amazing, I’ve never had a bad encounter there.

I rang on Wednesday morning 3424 because I was in so much pain after falling and breaking my shoulder the day before. The receptionist said we have no appointments , I said I am in a great deal of pain and my appointment at the hospital is on Friday again she said we have no appointments, I said so you are leaving me in pain until Friday and she repeated they have no appointments ring your pharmacist.

We have been assured that there would be a bus service from the town centre to the new surgery site, and while I think I have spotted a bus stop adjacent to the site, there is no information available at the surgery what buses patients should catch, when they will run, from where they will run, or how often they will run. Not everyone has a car or can afford a taxi.

It is as we all said years ago, unrealistic to expect us to walk there, and they have set themselves out of patient boundaries of ... access.

the bar minimum we need is to know how to get there and there is no help offered!!!

First point of contact ,asks what is the problem ,when I told her she said go to A&E ,I said I would like to see a doctor 3 times she told me to go to A&E .I insisted I wanted to see s doctor.

I did get an appointment, but unfortunately the computers had crashed .So Doctor looked at my ankle (which was my reason for seeing one ) she said I needed an X-ray .

Go to hospital tomorrow between 95 just walk in I will send request as soon as computers are up and running.So today Saturday I go to X-ra ... y dept ,only to told they do not have open X-ray at week ends also the request had been sent ,but had wrong information.

Instead of X-ray ankle it read X-ray foot, technician said they would have to X-ray my foot as this was what the doctor had asked for .Technician advised I go through A&E so I could have an X-ray that day as I was there.

Which I did ,in all about two and half hours .

So what a complete mess What ever is happening

My GP is now the only person I speak to about my mental health. I can get in fairly quickly and they ask lots of questions, which is good.

Each experience is very good. I recently had a health check there which was also very good.

I feel the practice is tailored to deal with people with mental health conditions

I have just been assigned a new Doctor for about the 4th time in a year and for some unknown reason to myself and having never spoken to this Doctor he decides to half my sleeping tablet prescription. If this Doctor had the decency to at least see me and talk it over with me he would of seen that because of my medical condition (M.

E) he would of heard why I have had the same prescription for many years now and without them I know I wouldnt be able to function properly and would be unable to go ... to work. I am 65yrs old and to be treated like this I find shocking especially as he has never met me and spoken to me maybe he thinks the other doctor didnt know what he was doing.

Absolutely bad staf, I have a serious problem with my health and they told me they don't want to talk to me, they didn't even give me any help, I'm shocked by the work of this GP

I had a NHS Health Check recently, the one they offer you every 5 years, with bloodwork included. I have been contacted to redo the bloodtest for some concerning levels.

After that the only contact has been an SMS, "take this tablet daily for 8 weeks". Thanks,now I am feeling better, see you in 5 years.....

Don’t bother trying to get an appointment, they don’t have any. Once you wait months for an appointment you’ll get a gp that can’t be bothered to listen to your concerns let alone treat any health problems.

They continuously refer to hospital for a ‘sticking plaster’ not actually treating the underlying issue. It makes me laugh that you’re told repeatedly to be polite to the receptionists when they are incredibly rude even if the person calling is polite.

I’ve been in this su ... rgery when there’s been literal poo all over the floor in the toilets, I was made to wait outside this toilet for an hour before they realised they had sent me to the wrong waiting area..

how is this health care?
