Serious medical negligence - wrong medicine was issued!!
My husband was prescripted Colchicine after the doctor consultation. However, the pharmacy mistakenly issued Cyclizine Hydrochloride to us.

The label sticker clearly states that the medicine is Colchicine. This was checked by the pharmacist and signed off on the sticker before the issue.

We were not aware of this mistake until my husband was seriously ill and back to the GP who told us the medicine my husband had taken for a week is wrong! This incident impairs my trust on the professionalis ... m of the care service offered.

Taking the wrong medicine can kill a patient!

Amazing service
Was sent to collect medication for my 1 year old from A&E and when on arrival was greeted by friendly staff and was given my medication within 5 minutes of arriving without hesitation.
