Thinking of changing my surgery
Virtually impossible to get an appointment with a doctor at my surgery. Fed up of this now.

Had ear infection nearly 6 weeks! Now a bad cough 3 weeks. I also was waiting on pain management and the referral hadn’t been made! The receptionist also can be rude and abrupt.

What is the nhs coming to these days? Service is getting terrible.

I need a nurse to come out and see me
Sometimes they will send a nurse out to see me, and sometimes they won't. I don't understand why this is and wish they would consistently send people out to me. I have mobility problems, and the only way I can get to the medical centre is by taxi, which costs a lot of money.

Just joined your practice
I cannot express how happy my husband and I are that decided to join your practice I got in touch first thing in morning on line explaining how concerned I was about my husband and received a phone call within the hour with a appointment for him to see a doctor the next day .

the doctor he saw was great took plenty of time with him cannot praise the practice enough it’s wonderful being able to see a doctor face to face not just a phone call

great service
My wife and I have been quite ill in the last week. Phoned The Beaches surgery and got to see a doctor on the same day. Fantastic service.

hard to get an appoinment
a few times i have contacted the surgery asking for a GP to call or to be seen it is very hard to get either of the two, if you receive an appointment its 3 weeks after you have asked for one which isn't any good when you are in pain and just want to be seen

Amazing, first rate service!
Rang at 8am on the Tuesday after a bank holiday Monday expecting long waits. Phone was picked up straight away and after brief explanation of husbands symptoms , a very nice receptionist offered us an appt with the doctor who had been dealing with my husbands condition at 9.

10 am the same morning! Doctor Gopaul quickly prescribed treatment to help going forward and arranged other tests also.

We have always been very grateful for our NHS but this service was just amazing!

Excellent!!
I visited the doctors a few weeks ago and saw Dr Annamalai.

I was very nervous, but she made me feel so at ease, I felt so much better! Thankyou :) Also this week saw Mrs Smith for my smear, she also made me feel so comfortable and at ease Thank you to both of these ladies for making a woman feel comfortable, I hope this feedback gets back to you both

Simple the Best
I have always found that no matter what time, who you speak to and deal with, it is a positive action. I recommended fiends to register and the service they received was exemplary in every way.

Telephone consultation with GP.
Completed on line consultation request form prior to GP appointment. However, GP obviously hadn't read it & I had to repeat all my symptoms.

GP made me feel a nuisance & was abrupt, dismissive and did not treat me respectfully. I left consultation with an unclear plan & had to request clarification afterwards from surgery.

Never see the same GP.

UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!
This is not the first time that my Appointments have been messed up... This time, I am completely livid! For a start, they need to put Magdalen Way Branch or Sussex Road on their NHS texts, NOT JUST 'The Beaches Gorleston, for both Surgeries are actually in Gorleston..

I have lived in this area all my Life, and thats how we refer to them. Today I was definitely Booked to have a PHONE CONSULTATION, but I received a Text to remind me of my Appointment AT THE BEACHES, about 10 minutes before that
... .

I phoned the surgery, to be told by an automated message that I was NUMBER 18 IN THE CALL QUEUE.... This really is unbelievable! I also waited 35 minutes over my Appointment time, awhile ago, for an Important Review but only had my Blood pressure taken and got weighed.

My Diabetic Status is very bad at the moment and nothing is being done about it. I had to call 111 a few weeks ago, to even get some advice..

I haven't had a proper Diabetic Review for years now..
