They do everything you want them to do. Getting an appointment is fine but I always have to rely on someone.

It is a long wait time to see a doctor.
I moved here from Nelson surgery and this is better as I have been waiting years for them to find me some support and I have been here since March and the onsite mental health lady is brilliant.
I have so many conditions that I feel a bit fobbed off and it just feels like one thing after another and I don't feel like I am getting anywhere.

You do struggle to get an appointment with a doctor.
Today I came in to see what time my appointment was for tomorrow and it was not booked in. The receptionist was very helpful and sorted it and so it is now booked in.
Once you are in the care is fine. Dr Gopaul is very good and understanding.

They are great, I think they are fantastic.
The doctor is brilliant, he gave my wife and extra 7 weeks, they were so caring.
I have seen the bereavement team today who are great.
I have never had a problem.

The people, the nurses, they look after me well. I cant think of anything that would improve my experience.

The disabled bays are opposite a door but I have to walk round the corner to use a different door to get in. Apart from that I've never had a problem, they're very good

I think it has slightly improved, especially the reception team, in the past they have been quite rude, and they are the first person you talk to, they were rude when I tried to cancel an appointment.
They sent me a text about a doctor appointment but I did not get it, I then got a letter at 12pm on the day of the appointment which was at 11am! I phoned and was just told tough, you are down as a did not attend, there was just a lake of personal skills.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment with a doctor at my surgery. Fed up of this now.
Had ear infection nearly 6 weeks! Now a bad cough 3 weeks. I also was waiting on pain management and the referral hadn’t been made! The receptionist also can be rude and abrupt.
What is the nhs coming to these days? Service is getting terrible.

Sometimes they will send a nurse out to see me, and sometimes they won't. I don't understand why this is and wish they would consistently send people out to me. I have mobility problems, and the only way I can get to the medical centre is by taxi, which costs a lot of money.

I cannot express how happy my husband and I are that decided to join your practice I got in touch first thing in morning on line explaining how concerned I was about my husband and received a phone call within the hour with a appointment for him to see a doctor the next day .
the doctor he saw was great took plenty of time with him cannot praise the practice enough it’s wonderful being able to see a doctor face to face not just a phone call
