... patients. The online forms are overly complicated and often down leading to distressing exposures to phone line call queues often exceeding 40 patients . Watton Medical Practice has consistency issues regarding Doctors as they’re is not set schedule for patients to know when there Doctor is available and doctors are apprehensive to make referrals or treat patients assigned to other doctors.

I've never had any problems. I had a problem with my finger and my feet and they sorted it out for me. I don't think there's anything wrong with phone appointments where there's nothing physical to see, that's fine. I think they need more GPs there though - it's built to accommodate more doctors so it's under-utilised.

... was their dedication to going beyond the basics signposting me to useful local services and now I have the right support in place .

Florentina and Tegan work really well with us at the Clubhouse. They've come along and spoken to our group members, and they promote our service with their patients which is fantastic.

I made a written complaint to this practice and followed all their rules. They stopped my diabetes medication without warning.
When I complained about it I was kicked off the register. I no longer have a doctor.
I have tried to get this sorted through all the proper channels but no one is listening, now I am just waiting until I get so ill that I am forced to take a hospital bed.

I recently took my toddler for his Pre school booster injections. Nurse Michelle Moncur was fantastic, what a lovely, friendly nurse with fantastic bed side manner. She was so kind and really engaged with my little boy. Thank you once again Watton Medical Practice for being great.

I'm not impressed, I signed up as a temporary patient while I'm in Norfolk for a while. I had an appointment with a GP, I think it was a locum, I felt disrespected.
It was very rushed and it wasn't informative. The doctor seemed unprepared to discuss things with me, it felt very poor.
The reception staff today were brilliant though, I'd give them 5/5.

Very good. Excellent in fact. The service I get is very good. I saw a nurse today. It was easy making an appointment. I'm generally happy.

They do the best they can in the circumstances, we have a growing population around here and a lot of elderly people. Demand outstrips supply.
It is difficult because they only have on the day appointments. Yesterday there was only one receptionist on and it's too much for one person, elderly patients can't queue for too long.
Today was good for me though, they're very nice and very approachable, and I got everything that I needed.
