Neglected clear instructions
Neglected clear instructions, supposedly lost paperwork including a DNR only to work on for the duration of call and then a further 19 minutes for it to miraculously appear by the paramedics and on top of that didn’t check her on a regular left her for hours in waste and urine knowing a catheter should be fitted at all times and did nothing until we told them they needed to get her help.

But guess what she died the next morning and the urologist said had they got her the ambulance when we sa ... id she would’ve survived she couldn’t talk or converse it took over 3 hrs to notify us of her death
