I have not been able to make a dentist appointment due to the dentists leaving so my children aged 7 and 3 and myself have been unable to have any dental treatments or checkups. I've had no contact to say when this will resolve etc. It's been nearly two years of this.

I have been with this dental surgery over 30 years but 2 years ago the NHS dentist i was seeing left and moved to norwich SURGERY AND BECAME PRIVATE ONLY . I am now on a waiting list and have not seen a dentist since.

I have to phone up every 6 months to keep myself on the waiting list. I check the dental surgerys regularly but none are taking on new PATIENTS NHS DENTAL Treatment.

Still waiting to see the dentist.

I have a massive dental phobia so big is it that they couldn't even do 2 fillings at the sedation clinic in Norwich as said it was too dangerous to carry on as my phobia was so bad even under sedation yesterday I feeling come out and I need it put back in had to face the dentist I've never seen before (kim) I must say she made me feel a lot more relaxed than I normally am and was so calm and gentle with the way she spoke to me and explained everything and showed me everything that she was going ... to use in my mouth it's the first time in over 20 years that up there any sort of drill be used on me without being knocked out under general anaesthetic I can't praise this is Lady enough

Still haven’t got a crown from 2020. Difficult eating.

That has caused issues on the other side of my mouth. Have two teeth that need filling.

One was already filled, but I was still in pain. I was told I couldn’t be in pain or it wasn’t bad enough ! You can’t get a second opinion at this practice they don’t allow you to swap dentists.

There are only two dentists. I was eventually offered to have another tooth filled, but I’m too scared to get it done now after all this.

God ... knows when I last had a scale and polish .So I’m Just left as I am still with two painful teeth, a hole in another and no crown.

Makes you not bother. Paid for nothing.

you know when you have a tooth pain! I’m not sure why they think toothache just goes away on it’s own?. It’s there because there is a problem there is a hole that needs filling.

It’s such a shame because I had a fantastic dentist who left and never had any issues getting appointments etc it was pretty smooth once. I moved to this place from plumbers which was horrendous.

Sadly, now this place has gone downhill massively and I’m not getting the basic care that I need.
