... er a call back telephone nor face to face. One GP refuses to look at the whole picture and sends patients away because she’ll only accept one medical complaint per 10 minutes appointment. I have been sent away even though my two things are related to the same thing. I know of two others who have been sent away this week too, one in tears. It’s really only a matter of time before a huge mistake is made by this newly qualified GP sending her patients away, back to the call in at 8 am and 1 pm system daily to try get another appointment to see her about the second thing that she refused to examine even though it is related to the first. I’m afraid I don’t feel comfortable now about going back, when a GP turns you away, it’s not only rude but gives the impression that they don’t really care, they’re working to the clock and not with the patient. There are two very good regular stand in doctors from other practices who are very attentive and have excellent listening skills. Now, we are left with a regular GP who only works three days a week, another regular who doesn’t seem to be full time either and a newly qualified who can only manage one thing at a time and sends patients who may have spent over a week or more, calling at 8 am and 1 pm to get an appointment, take time off work to attend only to be sent away to make another appointment for the second thing that’s related to the first, potentially another couple of weeks joining the appointment line queue at 8 am and 1 pm.

A professional service. They are always polite and the nurse I have just seen is excellent. It's not too far to come, I live close by.
You do have to wait on the phone a bit longer than I would like, it was 15 minutes once. I tend to call later in the day to avoid the queue.
I do feel the NHS is looking after me. I find the NHS app helpful and I can look on there for results. I don't get blood test results from the surgery if they are okay but as I can look in the app its fine.

It can be difficult to get an appointment but the rest is fantastic. It's mostly fantastic.

The reception are excellent and they have sorted it all out for me. I have never had a problem with this surgery. I have always found the staff extremely polite and helpful. I think attitudes are so important and they are good here.

Today was very quick and easy and I like the check in on screen. Overall it's good but the 8am scramble is a bit frustrating. Recently I was told the doctor would call back in the morning but it was actually the afternoon. However they are helping us.

The quality of care once you get to see the clinical staff is good. Getting an appointment is not so good. It is better here than at one of their other sites. It fact overall it is very good here. They are much more friendly. It's just getting an appointment that can be difficult.

They have been really good since I have been here. I have had a few health issue but they have got to the bottom of it for me. I have had blood tests and results all sorted easily and I got the medication I needed.
The only thing I would say it would be better if there was more availability of GP appointments.

They help me keep track of my problems and they have really looked after me. They always book the forward appointments for me and I have the security of feeling someone is there for you.
The girls on reception are great and very helpful. If you come in person at 8am you can get an appointment. I would say they are a lot better than they were. They also made a quick referral to the hospital for me.

I have no hesitation in giving this surgery a 5 star rating. Arranging an appointment is good, the nurses and doctors are good, they are flexible, adaptive and reactive
