I have had no problems here. It's excellent and the service you get is good.
My appointment today was good and I have just booked the next three. I have regular appointments. I do prefer the earlier appointments so sometimes I go to St Augustine's

The staff are all lovely, I always find the doctor friendly and helpful and the receptionists are too.
If I was rating the surgery for getting an appointment I would only give it 2 stars. It is just the way it is and it can put you off trying to come.
I have had to fight for everything for my knee, you have to or you wouldn't get anywhere.

I think they are marvellous and very helpful. They phoned me up to see if I got my tablets. I moved from another surgery because its much closer to my house here. I have only been here a month but so far it has been very good.

I went to the pharmacy first and they told me to see a doctor so I've come in but there's none left. They've told me to come back at 12pm. I come here for my B12 injections and that's OK.

We're at Grimston surgery but I was sent here to see a specialist doctor today. It was wonderful, more or less on time and the doctor was charming. They explained everything well including what words meant that the hospital had said. It was Dr. Biran.

I've had a lot of blood tests here and now I've got to do another one at the hospital. Surely in these days of computers that would all be registered and they can see what I've already had? I'm having ones every two weeks. The lady on reception at the moment, I'd give her 10 out of 10 as she's got a marvellous attitude. That hasn't always been the case on there!

I came in early and there were no appointments left so now I have to go away and come back again at 12pm. I don't understand why they do it this way, it's frustrating.

I get my yearly check-ups and they're always fine. Something was picked up on my last one which is why I'm here today so they do work and they follow things up. I would prefer to be asked to book online and be triaged from there. I have to give it a four because of the appointments system else it would be five stars.

It's alright if you can get an appointment and my appointment today was alright. I have a yearly check-up which they contact me for to make an appointment. It's fine.

I've had no problems, they're brilliant.
