Reception staff have always listened to my concerns and directed me to the appropriate clinical staff .

This practice needs to move to 21st century and use modern practices. They are over cautious and are not at all willing to help their patients in any way if it means breaking their old fashioned rules. They try to sound polite but you know they will never bend.

Almost everything is done over the phone which makes it very difficult when you have a disability that prevents this. They don't take mental health issues seriously.

Impossible to get a face to face appointment. They need to be a little more kind to people especially vulnerable and special needs people who they are often dismissive of.

I sincerely hope to see improvement

Was insulted by an extremely rude member of staff for simply trying to stress my point in a polite manner. There seems to be a zero tolerance policy at this surgery of disagreeing with the reception staff even when they provide you with nonsensical information.

I disagreed with this particular member of staff because she apparently knew me better than I did! She then told me that she was going to put the phone down on me. GP surgery’s should not be the place for narcissists but unfortunately ... this place employs them.

I was in to see the diabetic nurse, she's very good.. We get on well with all the staff here, the doctors are lovely. We've been patients here 20 years now and we've always been happy.

They're always very good, I'm here often. I get on well with the nurses and I always feel well looked after.

The opening hours for the surgery are very good. You can't always see the doctors quite as easily as I'd like but I can call the duty team and get a call back and appointment usually.

Generally when I've had to phone they're very helpful. I rang up, the doctor booked me in and I had a follow up, I've always found them good.

I got through quickly on the phone, had a call back and got an appointment right away. This is my experience 90% of the time. Whenever I need to see someone I get seen.

It's very easy to book an appointment. The nurse was really good and it felt like they had time for me. It was also really easy to collect my prescription from the dispensary as well.
