Having taken the day off work, (lost earnings), to fulfil appointment made for a covid vaccine for my elderly mother, we turn up, only to be told there is no vaccine available, try tomorrow. (I can't just cancel my work appointments like that), and the bigger issue of a failing nhs, is why did the pharmacy not text and cancel this appointment.
Not a very good duty of care within the community.

The staff are very friendly, but it takes ages. It seems to take 3 or 4 checks to see if the prescription is there. It's not so busy now but they need to speed up the process. The process needs to be faster.

There is often a queue and sometimes your prescription is not ready, even though you have received notification that it is. Sometimes you find it has not even been ordered. Once I was a week without my tablets. The staff are okay and sometimes it is good.

The staff are very patient people, working hard. I have no complaints and they are much better than Boots

The staff are friendly and good at offering assistance. They always have a pharmacist available.

Sometimes they are good but not always. The stuff is not always in and once I was 5 days without my medication. Today they only have half my husband's prescription so we will have to come back.

They treat you like a person and they are very helpful. It's good that it's local.

The staff are usually very pleasant but they don't always have all the tablets and I keep having to come back. Some of the prescription can be missing so I need to come back. It would be better if it was all there together.

It was 5 star today and we found what we wanted as well. It's usually fairly good.

They are very friendly but slow. There was a queue so I went to Boots who didn't have the tablets in stock so I've come back here. It seems a bit disorganised and something doesn't quite gel.
