No appointment
I received a email to make an appointment for a medication review because it said it was over due. I rang surgery and the appointment line would not give me an appointment because they said I was not due a medication review for a month. I then went back to my email clicked the link to make said medication review appointment, which I done. Within days I got a text message saying I hadn’t yet made an appointment for my medication review and my medications would stop if I didn’t fill in a revie ... w online. This was extremely stressful for me because my medications are mental health medications and all the Miss-information I was getting was messing with my mind.

Great nurse
I had a blood test and ECG with an excellent nurse who was knowledgeable and friendly. My blood stopped flowing part-way through and she managed to get it going again to complete the test. My appointment was also on time.

They are understanding
It's not too bad. I ring them up and they see me if I need it. Sometimes I've had to wait quite a long time. I feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes when it's busy. The doctors are nice to me. They are understanding. There aren't any improvements that I can think of.

Good communication
My appointment today was running very late and the receptionist spoke to each person waiting for that doctor to apologise and give a rough idea of how long it would be. Much appreciated.

Thorough and polite
I saw John the nurse practitioner today and he examined the problem thoroughly, was empathic and explained the options well.

Everybody is friendly and helpful
Everybody is friendly and helpful and tries to do their best. Adelaide street is my normal surgery but recently I have been sent here.

I can drive so it's not too bad to get here but it does add an extra bit of stress on getting here, but it's fine. The doctor I saw today was 100 out of 100, she is the best doctor I have seen in years.

She was very thorough, didn't rush me and has booked in a double appointment for next time. The people on reception are lovely and helpful, the one on today i
... s brilliant.

They always sort me out
They always sort me out, I can get an appointment when I need one, I come down rather than phone. The staff are good, friendly and helpful and if they can do it for you they do.

It's good when you are in
They do well with the kids when you can get them in. but I phoned at 8.

01 and didn't get through till 8.57, I was 25 in the queue.

If it was an appointment for me I would have given up and not bothered. Everything was sorted for him today and they have even booked in a follow up appointment on Friday which is awesome.

The reception team are lovely when you come in.

Today went well
I would give today 5 out of 5, today went well. Since Covid it is not easy to get in to see anyone.

I rang today for an appointment and got one this morning and the person I saw was very helpful. Last week when I tried to get an appointment for my children and was told they had doctors off sick so to go to the walk in centre.

When you are in everything is fine, it's just getting in.

Never felt rushed in an appointment
It can be a long wait to see a certain doctor, I really wanted to see my named doctor and had to wait a month, I could of got in a week earlier with a different one though. My husband is with a different surgery and they have a ring back facility so you don't have to wait on the phone, I have mentioned it here and have been told that they are now bringing it in, not sure if that is because I recommended it or they were going to anyway, but I am happy they are.

The nurse that I saw today was ve
... ry good, so helpful and spent a lot of time explaining things to me, there was no rush, in fact I never feel rushed here no matter who I see. I like the way you get a text when you make an appointment and then you get a text reminder.

I find that when I ask for an appointment they work round me, I am a carer for my husband so find certain times easier then others and they never say no you have to come at this time, I get a choice which is important.
