Absolutely awful service, never have my daughters prescription for her inhaler available even though I gave them a weeks notice. Also no communication to tell me they’re having trouble providing the inhaler.
Always say “maybe tomorrow” and I go in the next day and it is still not available.
Absolutely abismal and now my 2 year old daughter is once again left with no inhaler!
My memory is not the best but when I forget to put my repeat in on time they will expedite my prescription and get it to me quickly. Their delivery personnel are polite and helpful and the shop staff are also polite and listen if you need advice - even when they are rushed off their feet.
My only complaint is the shop is so small that I tend to leave my walker outside so other customers can get in, but you can't have everything.
Never had a negative visit here - staff all very helpful
A member of staff at this pharmacy is rude, unhelpful and left me in tears today. An error they had made means my 9 month old baby has no formula and he is allergic to cows milk so I can only get it on pre order prescription, he refused to help me, shouted over the counters, walked off mid conversation and when I asked him to stop being so rude to me he just raised his voice even louder.
