Not good
The pharmacist is rude and there is always something missing from my prescription. I have now moved to Boots because it's not good.

Some staff incredibly rude
They used to be extremely good until 2 years ago, approximately. Nowadays they seem to strive to do even less than they did the month before, ever declining standards.
Repeat prescriptions, you cannot phone up to see if yours is ready as they have a new system that just hangs up and they do dot integrate with NHS app. If you do turn up, service is usually slow and every time over recent months a long queue.
It reached its lowest when the pharmacist was busy and no-one was being served, we all ... sit or stood looking in amazement. A man turned up with a delivery, I had selected items from the shelf to buy and I was ignored. After about 5 minutes of being ignored, I went to Morrisons.
