Dental problem

I tried to get emergency treatment to no avail. I was in extreme pain and having to take too many painkillers. A nurse at 111 rang my own dental surgery and explained the situation and said the should see me that day. As a result I was seen that afternoon and I was then out of pain. I had been in pain for 2 days and could not cope any longer. I am so grateful to that nurse who was very thorough in finding out my conditions and medication. Without her I do not know what I would have done. Extreme thanks to 111
