This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Poor customer service attitude & noisy office

I called 111 service for my 7 year old child with some significant health conditions and the attitude of the person who handled my call was terrible, with no caring or helpful attitude. She kept saying they are busy which may be the case but there is no need to be unhelpful or being abrupt. The office noise is also terrible....therefore, she had to keep asking the same questions to me. Don't they have some good headphones or office facility?
