Difficulty accessing appointment booking form

The recent change in times, since Tuesday, that one can book an appointment meant that it has restrict my access to a doctor if my condition is non urgent but needs to be seen nevertheless. I do know that there is a high demand on the surgery, but some people who are working in certain situations and without internet access during working hours are then being inadvertently "denied" access to health care. In my situation I find it very difficult to get online, worse phone call, to make an appointment. However, in the past, when it was making appointments via phone calls only, it was really difficult and the online form has been a very good move - many thanks. Though the online form has been very good, but the recent restrictions has made it very difficult for me. I leave my house in the morning at 7:30am (always a rush) and don't finish work till 4:15 when I then have access to surgery website but it is now too late to make an appointment. It has been a real struggle for me to find some time to get online between 7am and 4pm, the allocated hours. I have not been able to do so since Tuesday and now is Thursday evening. I wanted to get an appointment quickly as I know that a blood test is going to be required and I can only do the blood test in just over a week's time. If I miss that, I will have to wait till the end of March because I could not get time off work. So, I do hope that the times when the appointment forms are available could be changed to much more accessible hours, like 11am to 8pm, without compromising on the total duration of it being available. Hope the surgery could consider the change. Many thanks.
