This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Appointment needed

Came out of hospital last night after heart concerns. Needed to see MY doctor not urgent but needed to be within a couple of days. Today is Wednesday. After telephoning the reception, explaining reasons for needing an appointment Karen ( very helpful and friendly) had to check with the manager was told that because it was to do with the heart had to speak to duty doctor before they would release a telephone conversation for MY doctor for Friday this week. So waited til lunch time for duty doctor to phone which was an absolute waste of time. Only to be told to phone surgery again to arrange appointment with M Y doctor. After another wait in the cue spoke to another receptionist who again put me on hold because she had to speak to her MANAGER who then came back on the phone to tell me an appointment could be made for next Wednesday, a whole week later, why when I was led to believe if I spoke to the duty doctor first I would be able to get an appointment for Friday? So I asked for a message to be passed onto MY doctor and once again told to wait whilst receptionist went to find out if this was possible. Phone call at 2.30pm still waiting to hear back. This is absolutely disgusting that it has taken me since 10am this morning 5 phone calls later and still not sorted.
