Original Feedback for All Saints Green Dental Clinic:

New dentist

I felt compelled to leave feedback, as I believe if you receive good service you should acknowledge it. I have had poor experiences (service) from dentist in the last few years, and have consequently moved (when you could) dentist. As a NHS patient I always presume I will receive less than enthusiastic treatment as a matter of course. At my new dentist All Saints Green Dental Clinic Norwich, the service was okay! But the dentist was not very proactive or transparent (ref band charges etc). I had an appointment today at my dentist (All Saints Green Dental Clinic) to be informed that my usual dentist had left the practice. I therefore presumed, I was going to get the usual NHS service (uninterested) and a second rate stand-in dentist. However the dentist I saw today (Dentist Sam) was the best dentist I have seen in many, many years; his communication was excellent, with open and honest appraisal, and transparency regarding fees (treatment within band), and didn’t make you feel cheap, it felt like stepping back in time when dentist seemed to actually put patient care before fees. I am aware that the dental fees/payments structure is complex, and it needs addressing ASAP by the government so that dental healthcare can be put back on a firm footing for to allow dentist to provide the care I believe they would like to provide for all there patients. However until that happens let’s hope more patients experience service like Dentist Sam’s, who certainly made me feel he was performing professionally for m, and I hope others.
