  My Dad has lived here just over a year, he was always so fit and healthy so after he was taken ill and could not live on his own anymore it was a big shock. This place and the staff are absolutely phenomenal and I can't speak highly enough about them. I visit Dad every day so spend a lot of time here and I have never once heard any of the staff be anything but respectful about the people who live here. I never feel like I am in the way and there is nothing that I can't ask. I looked at lots of home before deciding where Dad should live and when I viewed this one I cold called it, just turned up and asked to have a look around and they were welcoming and took me round there and then. They look at the bigger picture and look at for me as well as Dad, I no longer have that knot in my stomach as I know Dad is safe and well looked after.

  The food is excellent and there is a good choice. My room is nice and kept clean. The staff are 1st class
