Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

New appointment booking system is good

They've changed how you book appointments. I used to have to call on multiple mobiles in the house at 8am or they'd all be gone by 9am. Now with the new online booking system I was able to email on a Sunday about pain in my shoulder and they emailed back with some questions on Monday and offered an appointment for the Tuesday. I had even said it wasn't urgent. A lot of people have moaned about the new online booking system but I think it's all about how much information you provide them with. I made sure I had put as much information as possible so it was easier for them. I do think it's hard to find the form to request to see a doctor though. I have to send a link to it to my friend the other day. You can find the link to request to see a nurse but finding the one to book to see a doctor is much harder. It needs to be made simpler.
